Engagement Framework

Execution & Deployment.

By initiating a system intake ("Ping") or executing a commercial contract, you retain CGI Retinel Group Pte Ltd to engineer digital solutions. All services are rendered based on the precise technical parameters detailed within your individual Statement of Work (SOW).

Direct Architect Access

Retinel operates with zero account-management bloat. Clients interface directly with system architects. Deployment requests, cloud configurations, and maintenance cycles are executed via direct communication links.

Statement of Work

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are codified in your individual Statement of Work (SOW). Requirements introduced outside the initial Brief are classified as "Signal Noise" and require a secondary initialization and budget adjustment.

Every infrastructure deployment is governed by precise technical boundaries. Retinel executes assignments strictly within the parameters detailed in your signed Statement of Work (SOW). We define the parameters of clarity from day one.

All work is executed strictly within the parameters detailed in your signed SOW. The blueprint is your binding technical contract.

Out-of-Scope Anomalies

Technical requests, system changes, or brand iterations outside the original blueprint require a formal technical change order and additional budget allocation before execution begins.

Financial Synchronization

Value is measured in structural integrity.

Invoices are issued as Sync Requests. To maintain the momentum of the Resolve phase, financial synchronization must be prioritized.

50% of the total resolution fee is required to secure your place in our development queue.

Remaining payments are triggered by the successful deployment of technical milestones.

Latency Penalties

Sync Requests not resolved within 14 days will result in a temporary suspension of all infrastructure monitoring and development services.

Intellectual Property

You own the resolution; we own the craft.

Upon final synchronization of all fees, the Resolution Assets are transferred to your organization.

Warranty & Support

Infrastructure Maintenance.

We configure real-world server, application, and DNS uptime monitoring using production-grade telemetry platforms.

Resolution Guarantee

We provide a 30-day "Vigilance Window" post-launch to resolve any technical anomalies or bugs identified in the original Brief.

Retinel is not responsible for infrastructure failures caused by third-party updates, client-side modifications, or environmental shifts outside our control.

Continuous infrastructure monitoring beyond the 30-day window requires an active retainer agreement.

Retinel operates with Unblinking Reliability, but we do not assume the risks of your commercial enterprise.

Maximum Buffer

Our total liability for any claim arising from a Resolution is strictly limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.

We are not liable for lost profits, data corruption, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the engineered solutions.

Liability Cap: Maximum exposure is capped at the total fees paid for the specific Resolution in question. No exceptions.

Legal Boundaries

Governing Jurisdiction.

These operational conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of international infrastructure engagements shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for ultimate resolution.

Singapore Law

All engagements are governed by the legal frameworks of the Republic of Singapore, regardless of the client's country of origin or operational jurisdiction.

Court Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from international infrastructure engagements shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore for non-exclusive jurisdiction and ultimate resolution.

System Offboarding

Orderly exit, preserved integrity.

Upon contract termination or project completion, Retinel ensures an orderly exit with preserved integrity. Core digital assets and system telemetry are handed over in a standard format, provided all outstanding invoices are cleared.

All core digital assets and system telemetry are delivered in a standard format upon final payment clearance.

purge

Access Decommission

Retinel will decommission all internal access keys, remove server profiles, and cease monitoring your network pipelines. Following this window, Retinel is completely released from operational uptime liability or security monitoring duties.
