How to request deletion.
If you have submitted a contact form, interacted with our embedded apps, or believe we hold any personal information connected to your digital identity, you have the right to request its complete removal from our active databases.
Disconnecting third-party tracking.
Some visitor metrics are managed via tracking cookies and platform account permissions rather than our local databases. To delete or opt out of this automated tracking, manage your preferences directly through the specific platforms below.
Go to your personal account Settings & Privacy → Settings → Off-Facebook Activity (or Apps and Websites) to disconnect and clear your off-platform browsing data. You can also submit a deletion request directly via Facebook's data removal form.
Manage your ad personalisation settings via your Google Account privacy dashboard, or install browser extensions that block Google Analytics tracking. You can also opt out globally via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies at any time to remove local session data linked to our website metrics. Most browsers allow this via Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Browsing Data.
